What are Sketchnotes?
In his book 'The Sketchnote Handbook' Mike Rhode describes them as visual notes which anyone can make. I enjoy making sketchnotes and as Mike says they 'create a concentration bubble' allowing me to take in more information. And you can be out of the public gaze when you draw them. It is very similar to scribing, but rather than standing in front of everyone you can sit in a nice comfy seat. Occasionally i am invited to events to Sketchnote rather than scribe. They make great in-event twitter material and a post event record.
