Mike Rhode is a figurehead of the global sketchnote scene. His book the ‘Sketchnote Handbook’ (which I am in) is a masterclass on the method. It’s a busman's holiday but every now and again I like to create a visual of a subject I am interested in, be it a podcast, clip or other source. The BBC Reith Lectures have subsequently become a favourite to sketchnote, prescient, richly detailed and generally dead good. 2024’s was a grim but compelling subject delivered by Dr Gwen Adshead.
